Unable to drop off your donation? No problem! We'll drive to you, do the lifting, and provide you with a donation receipt! Contact us today to schedule your donation pick-up date and time.

Items must meet the following condition and standards for pickup. If an item does not meet these standards, it will not be accepted.

​

• All items must be on a ground-level or no more than up one flight of stairs. 

• Drivers cannot pick up from homes that have cats.

• Items must be in good condition.

• Furniture can have slight imperfections or scratches.

• Items must be clean with no stains, rips or tears.

• Items must be gathered and packaged for pick-up. (Items not arranged and boxed or bagged will not be picked up).

• We cannot pick up any type of used mattress or box spring. (We will pick up new unopened ones).

• We cannot pick up hazardous materials (including, but not limited to cleaning supplies, paint, pool chemicals, etc. unless they are brand new and unopened).

• We do not pick up household items such as the following (kitchen items, appliances, sheets, blankets).
